Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to design and build autonomous AI systems that can plan, reason, and act across business workflows.

You will integrate generative AI models with orchestrations, build robust workflows, and ensure safety and cost efficiency while collaborating with a global Top 1% talent network in a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate perceive–plan–act–reflect loops.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, databases, and tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and safety.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy with transparency and cost efficiency.

As an Agentic Generative AI Engineer, you will architect and build advanced AI systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution. You will connect foundational generative AI models with structured orchestrations to deliver goal-driven solutions that transform operational workflows.

What You’ll Do:
