FullStack Labs, Inc. seeks an experienced Python Engineer for remote LATAM engagement. You will join client teams, collaborate with designers and engineers, and contribute to AI-enabled software delivery. The role requires 5+ years of dev experience, a four-year degree, and strong Python skills across Django, Flask, and FastAPI.

You will work on AI-assisted development, code agents, and CI/CD, maintaining high quality and ownership over your work in Agile environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree completed.
• Proven Python experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience with AI tools (Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI or similar).
• Ability to prompt and review AI-generated code for quality and performance.
• Hands-on AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Experience building code agents to automate tasks.
• Ability to tackle difficult issues and contribute to libraries.
• CI/CD implementation for applications.
• Forensic attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and large systems.
• Ownership mindset and accountability to client goals.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an Agentic Python Engineer.

You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Advanced English is required.

Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Proven experience working with Python.

Strong understanding of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.

Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, where the engineer orchestrates, validates, and integrates model-produced code into larger systems.

Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.

Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.

Forensic attention to detail.

A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.

Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

We’re seeking engineers who are AI-enthusiastic in their workflow. Professional experience or personal project work with the following is a significant plus:

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
