Intrepid Travel is seeking an Accounting Trainee to help our Peru Finance Operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience across accounting, reporting, tax and treasury activities while learning from an experienced Finance team.

You’ll get involved in real work from day one and develop a strong foundation for a career in finance. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position operating on a hybrid basis out of our Lima, Peru office.

Formación

• Student or recent graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Peruvian tax concepts, including VAT and corporate income tax.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Computer literacy, with intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable; advanced proficiency is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Accounting systems is a plus, but not essential.
