Havas Peru is seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance team and support accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations. The role collaborates with local and global stakeholders to provide insights, prepare reports, monitor budgets, and support audits while benefiting from a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or related positions.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, revenue recognition, P&L management, balance sheet analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in advertising agencies, media companies, or service-based organizations is highly desirable.
• ERP systems experience is a plus.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.

What You’ll Bring
