Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven, and operationally savvy professional to join our team as the primary partner to our community of chefs and food creators. This role blends tactical account management with hands-on operational support, ensuring that creators thrive on our platform and achieve both their culinary and business goals.

As the main point of contact for our creators, and face of CookUnity for our chef partners, you’ll manage ongoing relationships, monitor performance, resolve operational challenges, and provide actionable insights to help partners succeed. You will leverage data to inform success strategies, coordinate cross-functional resources, and guide creators through meeting performance standards towards sustained growth—ensuring their experience with our platform is smooth, impactful, and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Relationship & Account Management
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned chef and food business accounts, building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to align on business objectives, performance goals, and growth opportunities.
  • 2. Operational Support
    • Assist creators with resources and information in compliance with platform standards.
    • Troubleshoot operational challenges, including kitchen operations and general business needs
    • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, culinary, tech) to ensure creators have the tools and resources needed for success.
  • 3. Performance Optimization
    • Monitor and analyze creator performance using sales data, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
    • Identify underperformance trends and implement tailored action plans to improve sales, menu planning, operational execution, and policy compliance.
    • Provide training, resources, and playbooks to help creators elevate their offerings and streamline operations.
  • 4. Business Development
    • Partner with assigned accounts to drive revenue growth and menu supply targets across key markets.
    • Surface industry trends, market opportunities, and chef feedback to influence platform improvements.
    • Advocate for creator needs within the organization while balancing platform-wide objectives.
  • 5. Compliance & Quality
    • Ensure all creators meet CookUnity’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • English language fluency
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST
  • 2+ years in account management, operations support, customer success, or culinary/hospitality leadership.
  • Experience in food service, creator- or partner-focused platforms, or large-scale culinary operations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive account growth, solve operational challenges, and manage multiple high-touch relationships.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM/project management tools (Monday, Notion), and customer service platforms (Zendesk is a plus).
  • Passion for food and understanding of the unique challenges faced by chefs and food entrepreneurs.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a growth mindset.
