Responsibilities

• Translate organisation strategy into directorate objectives and plans.
• Establish a dashboard to monitor operational performance and maintenance.
• Oversee day-to-day water & wastewater operations for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and regulatory standards adherence.
• Develop policies, procedures, and operating models; manage project delivery per plan and budget.
• Provide periodic management reports and benchmarking.
