Job summary

KC Fixture & Display, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order processing in our Oman facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle packing, labeling, staging shipments, and use WMS to manage inventory and order sequencing, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and collaborating with leads and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift and/or ability to become certified on a forklift.
• Experience with a WMS system and scanning technology.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds individually.
• Ability to make repetitive movements, including bending and squatting.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving products while reviewing for damages.
• Accurately verify quantity and descriptions of inventory received from packing lists and purchase orders.
• Label and put away inventory in an orderly manner.
• Ensure all stock is properly stored.
• Staging material shipments or customer pickups.
• Utilize company software and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information.
• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to process and follow order sequence and adjust to sequence changes.
• Utilize hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment.
• Packing materials securely for transit without damage.
• Process small package and LTL shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting processes.
• Research and report inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving products while reviewing for damages
• Accurately verify quantity and descriptions of inventory received from packing lists and purchase order
