Bilingual Waiter/Waitress in Muscat (English Speaking)


We are seeking a bilingual waiter/waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Muscat. As a bilingual waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Communicate with guests in both English and their preferred language
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Ensure tables are clean and set for new guests
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and the language preferred by the majority of our guests (e.g. Arabic)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Muscat, Oman.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
