Job summary

Omanyp in Oman is seeking a senior leader to define and steer our investment solutions strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio priorities. You will drive demand, translate business needs into a value-led pipeline, and oversee delivery and governance across programmes.

You will lead a team of product and solution specialists, champion innovation including AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives, and partner with stakeholders at all levels to realise measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services technology with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in IT strategy, portfolio governance, and transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management with a consultative advisory approach.
• Experience with investment platforms (eFront, DealCloud) and ITSM tools.
