Job description

We have an urgent requirement for a CRMnext/BusinessNext Product Consultant for one of our banking clients in Oman.

Experience in CRMnext/BusinessNext platform is a MUST.

Proficient in Gold 7 and above version of CRMnext/BusinessNext is a MUST.

Experience in designing simple and complex workflows in Auto flow, Screen flow is a MUST.

Banking domain experience is a MUST.

Technical Expertise Required:

1. Experience in CRMnext/BusinessNext platform with a good understanding of features in Gold 7 and above version.
2. Prior experience in implementing CRMnext/BusinessNext projects and being part of the core implementation and development team.
3. Proficient in Gold 7 and above version of CRMnext/BusinessNext with hands-on experience in functional and technical solution development.
4. Experience in designing simple and complex workflows in Auto flow, Business Process flow, Screen flow.
5. Good to have experience in designing the technical workflows in Vivid flow, Autonoma flow.
6. Hands-on experience in end-to-end development of CRMnext components like Layout, Reports (Development of Custom and Designed), Business rules, Translators, Custom pages.
7. Mandatory experience in designing simple and complex workflows in Auto flow, Screen flow.
8. Design new age 360 with Card designer, Mash-up anywhere solution.
9. Expert in developing complex queries and procedures in SQL DB and front-end development skills using HTML/CSS/XSLT.
10. Good understanding of SOAP and REST-based API integration methodologies and hands-on experience.

Desired Proficiency:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
2. Experience in BFSI domain is a must.
3. Out-of-the-box thinking with new ideas and solutions to improve existing processes and solutions.
4. Proficient in business processes analysis, requirement analysis, requirement gathering, technical architecture, and business analytical skills.
5. Good at identifying risks, improving system design, and relevant feature sets, and sharing mitigation plans against them.
