Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Arabic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate with Chinese customers and understand their requirements.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good computer and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
