About the Role:

The role involves creating sales, profit, and space growth opportunities for all Almarai product groups across the GCC. This includes coordinating national and regional product promotions, developing effective category and product planograms that are simple, consumer-focused, and aligned with the latest category management principles to increase sales and profits.

Requirements:

  • College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years' B2B experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions, with category management experience, Food Service Trade Marketing experience, and GCC market experience
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic; computer literacy
  • Certification in category management
  • Key competencies include: excellent communication skills, high numeracy and analytical skills, influencing and negotiating abilities, interpersonal skills, results-oriented, assertiveness, teamwork, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills, self-motivation, and creativity
