Job summary

Abroad Work in Salalah, Oman is seeking a competent and reliable Cashier on a contract basis. You will handle cash transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate sales records.

You will greet customers, process payments, balance the cash drawer, assist with inventory, and contribute to a smooth checkout experience across busy shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• - Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
• - Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• - Ensure proper handling of all cash and maintain a balanced cash register at all times
• - Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
• - Provide information about products, promotions, and policies to customers
• - Handle customer complaints and accelerate issues when necessary
• - Count money in the cash drawer at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy
• - Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile with total sales at the end of the day
• - Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies

Requirements

• - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• - Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.
