Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the GPS/telematics installation workshop.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians.
• Ensure high-quality installations and adherence to safety and technical standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule and deliver installations on time.
• Maintain workshop inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service or technical workshop management.
• Previous experience with an authorized automotive dealership is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of automotive electrical systems (experience with GPS or telematics installations is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience in team management to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in technical support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Experience in research and development (R&D) for innovation and improvement.
