Overview

As a Team Leader - Food & Beverage, your responsibilities include ensuring seamless service delivery, supervising colleagues, and maintaining quality standards to enhance the overall guest experience. Your role involves effective communication, coordination, and adherence to operational procedures, contributing to the success of the F&B department and the satisfaction of our guests.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining areas.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Supervise and train F&B colleagues, providing guidance on service standards, product knowledge, and guest interactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining F&B promotions and events to attract and retain guests.
