Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare authentic and innovative sushi dishes including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and modern fusion creations
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene, quality, and presentation in line with Anantara brand standards
  • Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu development and kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
  • Order and manage inventory of fresh seafood and Japanese ingredients
  • Train and supervise junior staff within the sushi section
  • Monitor food costs and reduce waste through portion control and proper storage

Education:
