Job summary

TRANS WAVE MARINE SHIPPING SERVICES L.L.C is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily STS transfer operations, aligning vessels, agents and vendors to ensure timely mobilisation and proper costing. You will keep all parties informed and ensure documentation is complete.

Focus areas include pre‑arrival and post‑operation document review, POAC travel logistics and maintaining orderly job files in line with QHSE policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor's in shipping, logistics, maritime studies or related field.
• Experience in STS operations, shipping agency or marine ops preferred.
• Familiarity with STS documentation and POAC/crew travel logistics.
• GCC experience and valid driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily STS operations with vessels, agents and vendors.
• Plan mobilisation/demobilisation of fenders and STS gear per ETA.
• Send operational updates to clients, vessels, agents and internal team.
• Book service boats via vessel agent or operator as required.
• Arrange POAC travel, visas and transport for arrival/departure.
• Arrange hotel and logistics so POAC arrivals/departures are smooth.
• Cost jobs daily and close files with complete supporting docs.
• Analyse pre-arrival and post-operation documents for gaps.
• Collect SOF, signed docs and QQ, attach to job file, maintain checklists.
• Follow QHSE policies and company procedures; perform other duties as needed.
