Job summary

OTTCO in Muscat seeks a Senior Specialist Planning & Strategy to lead identification of strategic issues and opportunities, developing and implementing the group's short- and long-term growth targets in collaboration with finance.

You will manage complex financial models and forecasting for capital expenditure, translate strategy into annual business plans, and align initiatives with national objectives while engaging internal stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strategic Financial Planning & Strategy development & implementation background.
• Relevant experience in the Energy sector.
• Strong experience developing financial models.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic issues and opportunities for OTTCO.
• Develop annual business plans aligned with the vision.
• Manage financial models and forecasting for capital expenditure.
