Job summary

Apparel Group - UAE in Oman is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to drive revenue and uphold brand standards across stores. You will lead recruiting, training, and daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

The role requires setting KPIs, coaching teams, managing stock, visuals, and SOP adherence while coordinating with brand managers and senior leadership to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sales and profitability: achieve key performance metrics (units per-transaction, AOV, sales per month, sales per square foot, shrinkage control).
• Set store sales targets to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance coaching of store staff.
• Represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer service and retail experience to customers.
• Monitor stock, manage inventory, and ensure stock security in collaboration with Brand Managers.
• Enforce SOPs, policies, and loss-prevention guidelines across stores.
• Oversee adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines at all times.
• Plan and conduct regular training and development for staff; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
