professional technical expertise, analysis, troubleshooting, and operation support for Rotating Equipment engineering services under TL Mechanical Engineering Services scope; through (1) Development sizing, layout, estimate capacity and power requirement for rotating equipment and system involving rotating equipment.* Support rotating services (maintenance team & vendors) in the development of repair procedures for critical equipment, capital spares, and unique equipment.* Performs evaluation of external contractor’s performance and undertake site visits & conduct routine inspection of mechanical engineering (Rotating) projects to ensure applicable standards and project specification requirements are met.* Maintain contacts with original equipment manufacturers, vendors, and service
