HRBUZZ Staffing Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Specialist Radiologist (Female) for Oman. The role emphasizes obstetric ultrasound, Doppler, and comprehensive ultrasound reporting with the capacity to handle 20–25 diagnostic cases daily.

Candidates should hold MD/DNB/DMRD in Radiology with FRCR/FCPS/Arab Board preferred and have a minimum of 3 years post-PG experience; age up to 48 may be considered. Oman licensing steps and related exams are part of the process.

Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION – SPECIALIST RADIOLOGIST (Female)

Position: Specialist Radiologist

Department: Radiology

Location: Oman

Gender Preference: Female

Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Egyptian, Iranian

Salary: OMR 2,500 – 2,800 per month

Qualification

MD / DNB / DMRD in Radiology

FRCR / FCPS / Arab Board (Preferred)

Valid Medical License (if available)

Experience

Minimum 3 years of post-PG/MD experience.

Preference for specialists with 4–6 years of experience after specialization.

Preferred age: Up to 48 years.

Key Skills

Strong expertise in Ultrasonography (USG).

Extensive experience in Obstetric Ultrasound, including:

o Anomaly Scan

o Fetal Well-being Assessment

o Growth Scan

o Early Pregnancy Scan

o Doppler Studies

Experience in abdominal, pelvic, breast, thyroid, musculoskeletal and small parts ultrasound.

Ability to independently perform and report ultrasound examinations.

CT and MRI reporting experience is desirable; however, candidates with stronger ultrasound expertise will be given preference.

Capable of handling 20–25 diagnostic cases per day.

Ability to prepare and finalize reports independently with accuracy and within turnaround timelines.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a primary focus on ultrasound services.

Interpret imaging findings accurately and prepare independent diagnostic reports.

Collaborate with referring physicians for optimal patient management.

Ensure quality standards and patient safety during imaging procedures.

Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.

Licensing Requirements (Applicable to All Positions)

Candidates should preferably possess:

Prometric Written Examination Report.

Oman Dataflow completed or MOH License (added advantage).

For Gastroenterologists and Interventional Cardiologists, candidates with a valid DHA License or DHA Prometric Exam Report along with Oman Dataflow may also be considered.

Candidates selected will be required to complete the Oman Specialist Medical Board (OMSB) licensing process, which includes:
