Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist Trainer for a luxury spa facility in Qatar. You will deliver high-end treatments and lead the therapist-training program to ensure luxury standards.

You will onboard new therapists, run refresher trainings, and partner with spa management to keep programs current with the latest treatments and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury settings.
• Experience training or mentoring other therapists.
• Strong knowledge across massage, facial, and body treatments.
• Confident, clear English communication.

A luxury beauty and wellness chain in Qatar is looking for an experienced Spa Therapist Trainer to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll deliver high‑end spa treatments to guests while also training, mentoring, and upskilling the therapist team to meet luxury service standards. This includes leading onboarding for new therapists, running refresher trainings on technique and protocol, and helping maintain the consistent, elevated guest experience the brand is known for. You'll work closely with spa management to keep training programs current and aligned with the latest treatments and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist within a five-star hotel or luxury spa setting
• Prior experience training or mentoring other therapists
• Strong technical knowledge across massage, facial, and body treatment modalities
• Confident, clear communicator in English
• Professional, polished presentation and a genuine passion for guest care
• Open to relocating to Qatar if currently based overseas
