Job description

Our Client is a 5* very high end International Chain Boutique Resort with 50+ Villas and several F&B outlets in Oman.

This role will be reporting directly to Director of Wellness.

Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile

1. 5* & leisure resort experience
2. Island or remote location experience
3. Fully knowledgeable of spa treatments and products including latest trends
4. Flexible, innovative, resourceful, adaptable
5. Strong coaching skills
6. Excellent training & communication skills
7. Excellent guest relations skills
8. Pro-active, can-do approach
9. Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation
10. Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
11. Strong leadership skill
