Job summary

Jing Hau in Salalah, Oman, seeks a Skilled Handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. You will ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained for clients.

You will inspect buildings, perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, install fixtures, respond to emergencies, and keep clear maintenance records while upholding safety on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

As a Skilled Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties in Salalah. Your main goal will be to ensure that all facilities are in good working condition, providing a safe and functional environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
• Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
• Respond promptly to emergency calls for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Ensure that all safety measures are followed while working on site

Requirements:
