Job summary

JobCenter in Al Buraymi, Oman is seeking a skilled Handyman to maintain facilities and perform a variety of repair tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring buildings and equipment are in good working condition at all times, handling maintenance requests promptly and safely.

The role requires proven handyman experience, ability to read manuals/blueprints, physical stamina, strong time management, and good communication with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of general repair techniques including painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

Skilled Handyman

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. Your main goal will be to ensure that our buildings and equipment are in good working condition at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Inspect buildings and equipment for any issues and make necessary repairs
• Install new fixtures, equipment, or appliances as needed
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner and complete tasks efficiently
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of general repair techniques including painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide assistance with obtaining a biometric passport for international travel.
