About the job: Site Project Manager / Construction Lead
Job summary:
- Manage the assigned project operations completely from Design to financial sign-off.
- Contract Owner of assigned projects and responsible for cost/budget control and schedule control.
- Generate revenues from project variations on civil scope and improve project margin.
- Resolve all project constraints and resource management as required.
- Ensure timely procurement and maintain the procurement tracker effectively.
- Prepare civil RFQs according to the scope of works.
- Obtain multiple quotes from civil vendors and finalize selections.
- Coordinate properly and timely with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Deliver projects in all aspects as per contract requirements, following project management procedures and scope.
- Ensure adherence to industrial standards in civil construction, maintaining high quality standards.
- Handle civil works related to security systems, such as security fences, security buildings, pole foundations, gates, and turnstile foundations.
- Conduct site visits as per project requirements.
- Maintain positive cash flow throughout the project.
- Ensure successful project completion, meeting specifications, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
- Maintain project documentation as per standards.
- Manage project cash flow positively.
- Prepare and submit project documents like method statements, material approval requests, inspection test plans, risk matrices, RFIs, drawings, schedules, inventory, timesheets, site trackers, handover documents, invoice plans, and commercial registers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including PPT presentations with bar charts as per client and project demands.
- Handle invoice claims promptly, secure client approvals, and ensure payment realization per terms, with follow-up on receivables.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project phase.
- Coordinate effectively with support teams such as Admin, Accounts & Finance, and Logistics.
- Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier invoices timely.
- Ensure contractual performance of assigned projects in all aspects.
- Follow QHSE standards and procedures at all times.
Presales Responsibilities:
- Study tender requirements and prepare proper RFQs for civil scope.
- Ensure compliance with tender scope and prepare budget estimates for civil works.
- Obtain quotes from various civil vendors.
- Prepare estimation and budget for tenders related to civil scope.
- Identify new vendors and obtain competitive quotes.
Deliverables:
- Successful project completion and handover within budget and time, with effective resource utilization.
- High QHSE records and rankings on project audits and customer feedback.
- High project quality audit scores and positive customer feedback.
- Effective communication and reporting.

Education:
- Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate Qualifications in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience managing major turnkey EPC security projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Preferred experience of 10 years in the Middle East region, holding a valid Oman driving license. At least 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industrial security projects, with a track record of managing 5-7 major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical EPC projects, each valued at a minimum of US$5 million, with durations of at least 1 year.
