Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a Site Engineer in Oman to plan, design, and oversee civil works for military housing projects. The role requires strong knowledge of site development, earthworks, utilities, and adherence to drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.

You will review drawings, supervise on-site works, coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams, develop schedules, monitor progress, and maintain site records while ensuring compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5 years of civil/site engineering experience, preferably with military, government, or institutional housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect civil works on-site, including grading, drainage, utility installations (water, sewer, electricity), and road works.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to meet project specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspections.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews.
