Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or dining area.
2. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and at the right temperature.
6. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
7. Process payments and handle cash in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, throughout the shift.

Requirements:
