Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Thumrait, Oman responsible for managing all warehouse functions supporting the Category II Satellite supply account. The role requires effective supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with PWS and Amentum's ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Candidates must have a High School diploma, five to seven years of experience in supply chain and logistics, and three years in a supervisory role. Qualifications

• Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense and OSHA safety standards required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and able to obtain host nation driver's license.
• Five to seven years' experience in warehousing and supply chain required.
• Must have three years' experience in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective supervision of subordinates and site management.
• Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum quality standards.
• Manages the shelf-life program and inspection of local purchase assets.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of warehouse layout

Fundamental knowledge of Hazardous Materials Program

Ability to operate material handling equipment

Supervisory experience

Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
