Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) invites applications for Senior Surveyor to lead surveying activities across properties and sites for building construction, alterations, valuations, land use, and map making. You will analyze, measure, and inspect to establish boundaries, prepare maps and legal descriptions, and ensure precise location data for project delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of surveying principles, proficiency with AutoCAD and surveying software, and SAP ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of surveying experience.
• Knowledge of land surveying laws and standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD and surveying reports.
• ERP familiarity (SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, measure and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
• Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries.
• Record results of surveys including shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions.
• Submit daily surveying reports with 95% accuracy using Company-approved formats.
