Vrinda International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech Therapist to join our IT Services division, delivering advanced clinical interventions and strategic oversight for clients with complex communication needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role involves conducting thorough assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
• Expert-level proficiency in diagnosing and treating autism spectrum disorders and other communication disorders.
• Strong skills in managing fluency disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, and stroke rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate diagnoses for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for developmental, acquired, and neurological conditions.
• Provide therapy and rehabilitation services for autism, articulation, fluency, and aphasia.
• Lead post-stroke rehabilitation programs to restore communication and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support home-based practice and progress.
• Oversee documentation and track patient outcomes to adapt therapies.
• Mentor junior therapists and promote best practices in speech-language pathology.
