Job summary

Confidential Company in Muscat is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat both pediatric and adult patients. The role requires developing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and support families through counselling while ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a strong degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant clinical experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating both pediatric and adult patients.
• Experience in managing speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Oman and be eligible for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric and adult patients.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Provide counseling and guidance to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in strong Speech-Language Pathology Speech Therapy strong from a recognized institution
• Minimum strong 6 years of relevant clinical experience strong as a Speech Therapist
• Strong clinical experience in assessing diagnosing and treating strong both pediatric and adult patients strong
• Experience in managing speech language communication voice and swallowing disorders
• Experience in pediatric cases such as strong speech and language delays articulation disorders autism spectrum disorders developmental disorders fluency disorders and communication difficulties strong
• Experience in treating adult patients with conditions such as strong stroke neurological disorders voice disorders aphasia dysarthria and swallowing difficulties strong
• Ability to independently assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Arabic-speaking strong particularly those who can communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and their families
• GCC Middle East clinical experience and relevant licensing eligibility will be an added advantage
• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Oman
