Job description

Our client in is seeking an experienced and driven Omani Senior Relationship and Communications Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, identify new commercial opportunities, and strengthen client partnerships across priority markets. This role plays a key part in shaping the organization’s business expansion roadmap and requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy to drive revenue growth across target sectors and geographies.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution: prospecting, pitch development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and sustain relationships with high-value clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, operations, legal, finance) to develop winning proposals and delivery models.
  • Monitor and report on business development KPIs and pipeline progress to senior leadership.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, forums, and client engagements.
  • Events coordination’s and VIP guest management
  • Client representation with sector regulators

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of securing and delivering high-value deals and partnerships.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of ownership and discretion.
