Qualifications

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in real estate investment within GCC region.
• Proven experience in preparing investment memoranda and pitch decks.
• Solid understanding of real estate documentation and legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence on real estate investments.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models including DCF and IRR.
• Support structuring of transactions including joint ventures and REITs.
• Monitor asset performance and support portfolio management activities.
