Galfar Engg. & Contracting SAOG in Muscat seeks an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler with a Civil Engineering background to manage baseline schedules in P-6, monitor cost against budgets, and prepare reports for clients and management.

The role requires 12–15 years of relevant experience and a B.E. (Civil) with potential Master’s degree, with daily coordination with the project team, consultants, and client representatives in Oman.

• B.E (Civil Engineering) with 12-15 years relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Prepare and update project baseline schedule in P-6 with supporting documents.
• Review schedule revisions with consultant/client for approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for consultant/client/management.
• Prepare documents for Time Extension Claims for contracts department.
• Prepare budgets/revisions under guidance of PM/Director with cost control.
• Monitor actual cost against budget and report variance with mitigation.
• Maintain project business plan and update with Unit Head review.
• Prepare/maintain ERP resource data and rolling projections monthly.
• Compile daily progress reports for PM and Unit Head.
• Support MSP audit preparations and liaise with QHSE auditors.
