Overview

Role Purpose: Ensuring viable and compelling corporate development and M&A opportunities are pursued effectively – underpinned with robust analysis, effective deal management and best in class execution

Minimum Role Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor in relevant field

Experience

• Proficient: 7 years of experience
• Senior Proficient: 8 years of experience

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct end-to-end deal lifecycle activities, including due diligence and business valuation
• Onboard and monitor subcontractors for due diligence and valuation in approved M&A opportunities
• Build and maintain oversight on market/business research for M&A projects
• Coordinate due diligence programs for disciplined progress and risk mitigation
• Develop feasibility studies and business cases for M&A opportunities
• Finalize acquisition/merger deals, including valuation and negotiation
• Build and advise on deal impact analysis including P&L, cash flow, credit rating impact etc.
• Prepare and present investment packs to relevant teams/committees
• Support in designing the financing facilities for the investments and collaborate to ensure timely financial close
