Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years experience in Oracle Cloud solutions.
• End-to-end process understanding across the Oracle Fusion landscape.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite user support including issue clarification.
• Conduct requirement workshops and prepare relevant documentation.
• Perform process mining and business performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs; design and maintain dashboards.
• Assess ERP capability maturity and prepare improvement roadmaps.
• Assess user adoption and implement improvement plans.
• Support functional execution of special ERP initiatives.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities.
• Participate in RCAs for major or recurring issues.
• Monitor Value Realization for Oracle modules.
