Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Pipeline Engineer to lead onshore pipeline projects in the Middle East. You will drive routing, hydraulic design, and integrity management across FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

You will mentor engineering teams, coordinate interfaces, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and support bids while promoting HSSE and quality throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 18+ years of pipeline engineering experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries.
• Experience in FEED, Detailed Design, and execution of onshore pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline routing, hydraulic design, stress analysis, materials selection.
• Experience supporting pipeline construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline engineering activities for onshore projects from concept through detailed design and execution.
• Provide technical leadership to pipeline engineering teams and manage interfaces across disciplines.
• Develop pipeline sizing, hydraulic analysis, and engineering designs to meet requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and contribute to budgeting and planning activities.
• Support procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.
• Promote HSSE leadership and ensure compliance with quality management principles.
