Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc degree in networking engineering, computer science, cyber security, or an equivalent experience.
• Advanced network training certifications may be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of network and security controls; Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP/ISE/Firewalls/Monitoring) or NSE3/NSE4 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSX networking software and hardware environments with a systematic approach.
• Ensure WAN/LAN availability, security, and performance monitoring.
• Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS.
• Maintain deployment/docs; support for users and staff; coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigations; monitor security controls and incident response.
