Job summary

Dynamic Consultants Group (DCG) in Muscat seeks a Senior Microsoft Technical Consultant to lead architecture discussions and shape solutions across Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. You will support pre-sales, run client workshops, and contribute to delivery in a hybrid Muscat engagement.

The role requires 5–8 years in Microsoft consulting, strong communication, and credibility in executive or technical discussions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft consulting, technical advisory, or related delivery roles.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem across Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform.
• Ability to discuss architecture and trade-offs with clients.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead high-level technical design of Microsoft solutions.
• Translate business requirements into credible architectures.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and present recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to pre-sales, demos, and responses to RFPs.
• Support delivery teams and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and apply capabilities.
