Job summary

Estithmar is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to lead end-to-end design and development of MEP systems for complex GCC projects, coordinating with clients and contractors.

You will mentor a team of engineers and designers, manage budgeting and scheduling, and ensure compliance with HSE standards from conception through completion.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SAP ERP is required, with a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years total experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total engineering experience, 3+ in MEP
• GCC experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design from conception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage a team of MEP engineers and designers; mentor them.
• Main technical POC for the client throughout the project.
• Coordinate procurement with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

AutoCAD, Revit, MEP modeling software. SAP functional skills (ERP, not just design tools). ELV cabling, voltage drop calculation, electrical power design, electrical load diagrams - all listed as named competencies.

Requirements

5+ years overall, 3+ relevant, GCC experience a plus. Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
