• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; Train the Trainer certification.
• PM Certification and Coaching certificates are preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine CI Deployment Strategy and Governance in alignment with objectives.
• Develop and deploy CI/Lean transformation roadmap across functions.
• Facilitate CI maturity progression and drive change management across the business.
• Create and maintain CI standards, guidelines, training materials, and competency development.
• Lead training and coaching for CI practitioners, sponsors, and project teams.
