Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Kitchen Hygienist / Food Safety Officer to ensure full compliance with FSMS/HACCP, HACCP implementation, and ISO standards across camp kitchens and food production areas. The role focuses on hygiene, temperature control, traceability, and training to maintain top safety standards and audit readiness.

The candidate will drive inspections, documentation, and corrective actions, and support lab sampling and external reviews as part of a remote catering/operation

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ practical experience as a Kitchen Hygienist / Food Safety Officer
• HACCP Level 2 certification required
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) preferred
• IOSH qualification (Managing Safely or equivalent) preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily food safety and hygiene inspections of production areas, stores, mess halls and dining areas
• Monitor FSMS / HACCP implementation, temperature controls, cleaning schedules and personal hygiene
• Ensure product traceability across the food chain and perform mock recalls
• Oversee staff to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe food handling
• Manage pest control, waste handling and chemical storage compliance
• Maintain detailed inspection records, logs, checklists and corrective actions
• Report non-conformances and coordinate maintenance via Help Desk
• Deliver toolbox talks and food safety training to staff
• Support client audits and prepare evidence packs for inspections
• Coordinate sampling and submit HACCP documentation
