• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• A stunning portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, and conceptual campaign design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions across departments.
• An eagle eye for typography, color balance, and pixel-perfect execution.

The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the driving force behind our visual output. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, account managers, and digital strategists to develop innovative brand identities, integrated marketing campaigns, and engaging digital content. You are not just a pixel-pusher; you are a conceptual thinker, a visual problem solver, and a mentor to junior creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and design of comprehensive branding, advertising, and digital campaigns across print, digital, social media, and OOH.
• Strategic Execution: Translate complex marketing objectives and creative briefs into compelling, aesthetically elevated visual solutions.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure visual consistency, quality, and brand integrity across all client deliverables, adhering to and evolving brand guidelines.
• Mentorship: Guide, inspire, and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
• Presentation and Pitching: Confidently present design concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders and external clients, articulating the strategic thinking behind your work.
• Agile Production: Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
