Qualifications

• 10+ years in a creative agency environment with progressive leadership
• World-class portfolio of integrated campaigns
• Ability to scale a large creative department and foster collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative and Design Department and oversee workflows
• Set creative vision across digital, print, social, OOH, and experiential platforms
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of art directors, designers, copywriters, and motion artists
• Lead high-stakes pitches and articulate strategic rationale to clients
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, and Digital teams to align concepts with insights
• Ensure flawless execution, brand consistency, and elevated aesthetics
