Job summary

ESBAAR is seeking a seasoned GIS leader to design, develop, and implement ESRI-based GIS solutions aligned with business needs. You will guide geospatial strategy, architecture, and best practices while managing ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS.

You will oversee data integrity and security, optimize workflows, and integrate GIS with Oracle/SQL Server databases. Mentorship and proactive innovation are key in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and/or Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) certifications preferred.
• ESRI certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years with ESRI products (ArcGIS Desktop/Server/Online/Portal).
• Minimum 3 years with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of GIS solutions using ESRI technologies.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Preferred to hold Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and/or Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) certifications.
• ESRI certification is an advantage.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with ESRI products, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills

• Strong proficiency in ESRI products (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, and related tools).
• Experience in Oracle and SQL Server database management.
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to communicate GIS requirements effectively to non-GIS professionals.
• Knowledge of servers and network infrastructure administration.
