Aramco is seeking a Lead Financial Auditor to join its Internal Auditing Organization. The role oversees audit teams, reviews financial statements, designs and reports audit tests, and communicates findings to management.

Strong IFRS knowledge and leadership are essential for ensuring robust risk assessment and governance across business processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 6+ years of experience, and CPA/CA designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or related field).
• Minimum of six years in external auditing/public accounting or financial reporting with IFRS.
• CPA or CA designation required; CIA a plus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements to identify audit areas.
• Design, execute, document and report audit testing of financial processes and disclosures.
• Identify key processes and assess risks.
• Plan, execute and report internal audits to management.
• Lead audit team and mentor staff auditors.
• Deliver presentations to client management at opening and closing meetings.
