Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) in Oman’s Dhofar region seeks a seasoned financial professional to manage day-to-day program finances, ensure ERP system efficiency, and support donor budgeting and audits. The role collaborates with HQ finance and external partners to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

The incumbent will oversee expenditure tracking, cash management, and reconciliation activities, while supporting audits and finance tool mastery across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional accounting certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) is highly preferred.
• Proven ERP proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing multi-donor project budgets and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, analyzing, expenditure tracking and forecasting against the DIP and budget.
• Prepare local payments, manage cash withdrawals, and enter all vouchers into the ERP system daily.
• Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and DOAC for program events and meetings.
• Consolidate financial analyses to support budget revisions and donor reporting.
• Coordinate audits and provide documentation for Phase 1 Compliance Audit and other reviews.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and payroll-related processes for the PIU.
