Job summary

NTU International A/S seeks a Senior Non-Key Expert to support EU external cooperation and programme cycle management in Oman. You will assist with identification, formulation, implementation support, and monitoring and evaluation tasks for EU-funded actions.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience, with strong English (C1) skills and knowledge of EU procedures. Arabic is desirable, French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in international development, economics, public administration, international relations, European studies.
• English: C1 level.
• Arabic is desirable.
• French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to EU external cooperation, programme and project cycle management.
• Contribute to identification and formulation of interventions and implementation support.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluation and preparation of EU programme documents and technical notes.
