Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Engineer for Inspection & Condition Monitoring to develop and continuously improve programs across mining, processing, utilities, and infrastructure assets. The role ensures health monitoring using predictive technologies to optimize maintenance and maximize asset availability.

The position supports leadership in vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis, ultrasound testing, NDT, asset integrity management, reliability improvement, and risk-based inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/related engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in condition monitoring, inspection, or reliability engineering in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
• Mandatory: ISO CAT II vibration analysis certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve site-wide condition monitoring programs.
• Establish predictive maintenance strategies for critical plant equipment.
• Define inspection plans and asset health assessment methodologies.
• Perform vibration analysis and diagnose bearing, misalignment, and faults.
• Lead thermography, lubrication, ultrasound, and NDT inspection activities.
• Support asset integrity management and risk-based inspection initiatives.
